Conference Miracles!

Buenas tardes! This week was a pretty good week, with lots of miracles! But also at the same time it's been a bit slow.

 

 

On Monday after Pday we had a noche de hogar( family home evening) with the bishop and his family. So we get there, and he asks If we are ready. Im thinking,  "ready for what?" So he takes us to this house where is 2 family's ready for a noche de hogar! So we taught a fire lesson! It was so cool, and good teaching 2 family's. Thanks to bishop we found 8 people in one night! It was a killer way to start out our week. 

 

 

Then on Friday  we ran into this member who is having a hard time. He is dealing with some stuff, so we decided to pass by the next day. We were talking to him and his wife about the plan of Salvation. His wife asked me if the devil could repent. So naturally we turned to DNC 76, and talked about her question. Then her husband had more questions about this, and he started saying things that were false doctrine. So I was trying to explain to him what it meant, and he just didn't want to listen. He then told me he would wait for conference to answer his questions about this random topic, and all the other questions he has about life. I was thinking this topic is pretty weird, and didn't know what would happen. But I had faith. Shure enough Elder Cook came up to the stand, and started talking about section 76! I was freaking out, and knew the Lord was aware of his situation, and questions. And then when I saw him that night, as happy as can be he told me all his questions got answered! It was a conference miracle! 

 

 

But really conference was just gold! I love listening to God's messengers talk about how to have more joy in the world. It was also cool to see them talk about the work I have been doing for the last 8 months. They are right, missions are incredibly, and really set you up to have a successful life! Please join the fight if you are thinking about being missionary. There is no other way to pure joy!
