Mission Of Miracles!

Buenos días todos! This week has been by far the busiest week I have ever had in the mission. I am so tired, but yet so happy with how things have been going this transfer, and its only the first week! This transfer we have 2 areas, Xaneth, and Espinal. Espinal is Huuuge, and is a one hour drive away from Xaneth. But it is sooo ready! From Espinal we also have a ton of little city's, that are about an hour away from Espinal. That is why things have been so busy for us. We have to take care of the needs of 2 huge areas, and the needs of our Zone. It's a blast!

Tuesday was Transfers, so I literally spent all day running around, taking Elders to there apartments, or waiting at the buss station. I was exhausting!

Wednesday was also a very interesting day.

I had an other ingrown toe nail, so we went to take that out in the morning. We went to the doctors, and he was closed, so we didn't know what to do. We turned around, and to our surprise there was a foot clinic! Miracles! I was happy, because the clinic was nice, so I knew they would do a good job. But I quickly found out they did not have any anesthesia. All they had was this spray that made my toes cold, and it did nothing. It was a very painful visit. I also found out that I had 2 in grown nails instead of one. I would not wish my experience on even my enemies. But what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

We spent the weekend in Espinal! And let me say, the apartment looks like a getaway hid out for criminals. It is so depressing. I felt like I was hidding from the cops everytime I go in there. Its even above a bar, so it just fits the vibe. Our time in Espinal was full of miracles, so the trip was defently worth it. On Friday our day was just packed full of lesson after lesson, it was incredible! The first lady we taught is 19 and pregnant, so she is looking to raise her kid in the true church. It may be a spoiler to you, but we have message about the one true church in the world! As you can imagine that lesson went really well! The second one we had was really cool as well. It was with a family of 5! And all of them came to church sunday! They are so happy to have the gospel in there life. They live very humbly, so it is amazing to see how excited they get when we come over to talk about Jesus!

Saturday was absolutely Incredible! We went to this place called Zozocolco, which is an hour from Espinal. The whole time we were traveling through the middle nowhere, just to get to the middle of nowhere I was thinking; "Wow God really cares about the one lost sheep, because im a random greengo from Utah, traveling hours, just to teach one person who wants to learn about Jesus". It was a really cool thought, and made me really grateful for our Father in Heaven. But we forgot the charger to the phone, so we only had 7% battery when we left the apartment. When we got to Zozocolco, the phone died! So we are in the middle of nowhere, with no phone, and little money. So we asked a little store if we could charge our phone. We got it to 3% battery, and called a member that lived there. She told us the girl we were going to meet with was not there. So we went to a little market place to see if we could charge our phone more. In the market this lady came up to is telling us that she wanted us to teach her! She also wanted to give us breakfast. It was the biggest tender mercy ever! So we get to her house and start teaching the restoration. We then realized that wasn't what this hermana needed, so we switched to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We ended up having a super spiritual lesson with her, and putting a baptism date! She is so ready to except the gospel in her life! She also drove an hour to church yesterday, and absolutely loved it! Her name is Elena, and she is such a testimony to me that God really looks after all of his children. Even the ones who live in the middle if nowhere!

Sunday was really cool aswell. We did divisions in the morning so I could go to the Ward in Xanath, and Elder Armendariz could go to the word in Espinal. It worked out great, because 9 people came to church! The members her are just so faithful! It is so cool being a missionary her in Mexico, during a time were an apostles says that its Mexicos time! Mexico is so ready, and I thank my Father in Heaven every day for the opportunity of being a missionary here. Even though it is the hardest thing I have ever done. I love God, and this work, and I testify that he is aware of you and your situation. He has a plan for each one of you, that is just perfect! I love you guys so much, and hope you had amazing weeks!
