God Is Great!

Buenas tardes todos! This week was pretty heavy, but good! We saw some miracles! It was really cool, because this area has been kicking my butt, so it was nice to have a win!

Tuesday was MLC! I love going to Xalapa because I get to eat my hamburger, and Dairy Queen! But this MLC was really good, we talked about a lot of mission problems, and came up with ways to solve them. Hna Day also talked about unity. She said that unity is a natural blessing when everyone is living righteously. I really liked that quote a lot! When just a couple people start being disobedience the first thing that goes is group unity. We can see that in 4th Nephi! But when everyone is doing there part, unity comes very naturally.

Wednesday was a little annoying, there has been some Elders in the Zone that have been doing dumb things, so I had to give them a call. Then after that one of the Elders that live with us got really sick! There is a bug going around, so a lot of us haven't been feeling the best. I think it's because the weather has been freezing here! 

Friday was a miracle! Like I said before this area has really been killing me. All of our people in teaching haven't been progressing, and we were thinking the family of 5 wouldn't be able to get baptized this transfer. The other Elders were going to baptize on Saturday, we called the family of 5 to invite them to the baptism. We'll during that call the kids heard baptism, and started yelling, "we want to get baptized!" Trying not to scream, me and my comp put a fecha with them for this Saturday! It was such a blessing. God is so good! He is to merciful, I am just so grateful for him! 

Saturday was the baptism of Elder Heywood, and Martinez! The 2 kids came to watch it. And everything went very well! It was really cool to how excited everyone was to see a friend enter into the waters of baptism! After the baptism the 2 kids told us they may not be able to come to church this week. That was really hard for us to hear because if they don't come to church they can't be baptized Saturday! So they said they would ask there parents. That night we called them to see if they wanted us to pick them up. The Dad said he didn't think they would be able to make it this week. And then the call got cut off. That was so hard to hear. After the news me and my comp went to bed. That same night while we were sleeping, the family called us, and told us they would make it to church the next day! It was another complete miracle! God really had been watching out for us, and has been guiding this family to what is right! We both went to bed stoked!

Sunday came around, and the family came to church! It was such a miracle! God is just to good, and so merciful! That is about it for this week! It was hard, but God really blessed us. And helped me have the motivation to keep my head up, and just go. I can't comprehend how good he is to me. I sure hope you can see him in your life's, and know he loves you so much. Even if you think he doesn't!
