Hot Dogs De Perro

Que tal todos! This week was awesome! We had some cools highs, and a disappointing Sunday. But all is part of the circles of life so it will work out for good.

Monday we went with Rodrigo, and he is so ready! He accepted to be baptized on the 18 of February! It is cool how much he wants to change his life, and be closer to Jesus Christ! The only sad thing is that he called us 5 min before church, and said he couldn't come. But next week!

Tuesday was really fun as well we played basketball with the family of 5, and all of their friends! There was like 7 of them there, so we got some good references! They were all good, so the games were fun as well!

Wednesday I went to Altotonga for divisiones with Elder Arredondo. He is a stud, we had a really fun time. We taught such a spiritual lesson together it was cool! Y while I was gone Elder Terrones went with the family of 5 and Samir, and Janny told him they wanted to be baptized on the 15th as well! It was a great day!

Friday was Elder Terrones birthday! So in the morning we had a normal day, and then at 4 we went to the rehabilitation center. Wow! It was the best lesson we have had there! Everyone was a little closed off like always in the beginning. But after we started talking about Jesus Christ, and read when he came to the people in America. By that time everyone had really cool questions, and was reading, and participating! The spirit there was so strong. It was cool to see the change these people have been making. They seemed so different from when we first came. At the end when the spirit was sitting in the room like fire, we took a moment, and explained what they were feeling! After the class we had so many of them ask us if we could meet with their families! One asked us when he could get baptized! He said his whole mentality has been changing as we have been teaching him. It was super special. Jesus is definitely there with those people. After we then went to the house of the Branch president, and ate Tacos, sang, and ate cake! It was a good day!

Saturday we did a lot of service. I am now a pro with a machete! Then I had the honor of seeing my niece Delilah over messenger! Congratulations Ethan and Kinley! I haven't met the cute baby yet, but I'm already obsessed with her! Soy un Tío!

Sunday was sad because the family of 5 couldn't come to church, or Rodrigo. But at least we went to a catholic funeral to make up for it. Why, or what was going on, I couldn't tell you. But we went, and that's all that matters. We sang hymns, and talked about life After death. The experiences I have in Mexico are something else.

That's all for a great week! God definitely blessed us this week. He is so good, and helped us have an amazing lessons with those who need his love and power so badly! But I know he loves all his children. I sure love you all, and hope you have a great week!
