Noche De Películas!

Buenos dias! I hope everyone had an amazing week! This week was pretty similar to the last week, but it was a lot better! We have just been in the grind of finding people! It is a whole different ball game here in Xalapa! 

Tuesday is usually always our best day because we always are packed with Citas! In the morning we were going to meet up with Guillermo in the church. About 5 min till the hour he calls us and tells us he is here. We go out to look for him, but he is no where to be found! He walked to the other church in Xalapa! So he took about another 30 min walking to our church. It all worked out in the end though. He seemed to love the church, and the spirit that is there as well! Then we went with Tita after. She went to church last Sunday, so we were pumped to see her. When we asked her how it was she really got sad, and told us how bad it was, and that she didn't want to go back. That about broke my heart. No one welcomed her, or even talked to her at church, and she just felt really sad. It made me feel really bad. But we convinced her to go again, at 12:00pm which is the time we go, and see if she likes it. She did! Sunday she came again, and that was a tender mercy. Well see tomorrow how she felt this Sunday.

Thursday we had a Noche de Hogar which was really cool! It went well and made us happy that some of the members are getting more involved in the work!

Friday we all our citas canceled on us, so that was tough. We visited Mireya, and she still wants to get baptized, she just wants to wait for the guy who introduced her to the church to come to her baptism. She is so ready though, and just an amazing person! 

Saturday was our missionary activity! We put on the movie Soul, and taught the plan of salvation. Not to many people came, there was a lot of new friends, so that was a blessing. It turned out really well! 

That is about it for the week. Not to much happened. But last week I was feeling kinda down, and like I needed a spiritual boost. So on Tuesday I read my old journal entry's, and realized how good and happy I was when Christ was such a big part of my life! That snapped me right out of my slump, and gave me what I needed to get back to work. Christ is so good, and when he is in every part of life it is just so much better. We just have to believe in him and remember him in all things. But I love how he is always waiting for us, and just loves being a part of our life's. He is so good, and makes all the difference!
